Data Processing Policy (GDPR)

We are an e-shop operated by the natural person Ing. et Ing. Michal Matějka, Company ID: 23394463, registered address Libušínská 227/17, Plzeň – Božkov, 326 00, Plzeň. We are registered in the Trade Register.

We operate an e-shop at www.flsbattlebots.cz

In order to provide our services, sell goods, and operate our website, we process certain personal data.

The processing of personal data is governed in particular by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (“GDPR”)

  1. Processing of personal data when using the contact form

If you inquire about our products and services, we will work with the contact details you provide us, mainly through the inquiry form. These are: first name, last name, email address, and phone number.

For what purpose?

We contact you through them to arrange further details regarding the goods.

On what legal basis?

This is processing under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – negotiating a contract, i.e. taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request.

How long will we process the personal data?

If we do not establish further cooperation, we will process your data for a maximum of 90 days from our last communication.

If you make a purchase from us, we will work with the data you provide. This is mainly billing information: first name, last name, address, email, phone.

For what purpose?

We need to process the personal data in order to fulfill our contract – to deliver the goods to you. We will also use the contact details to communicate with you about the status of your order, or regarding complaints or your questions.

We will further process personal data to fulfill our legal obligations (mainly for accounting and tax purposes, or for handling complaints).

On what legal basis do we process the personal data?

This is processing under Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR – performance of a contract, and Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR – compliance with our legal obligation.

How long will we process the personal data?

For the duration of providing our service and then for 10 years from the last provision of such service or delivery of goods.

If you are a purchasing customer and have not opted out at the time of purchase, we will use your email address to send you our news updates.

On what legal basis?

This is permitted under Section 7(3) of Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services, provided you have not opted out at the time of purchase.

How long will we process the personal data?

Your data stays with us. Nevertheless, some companies or other persons work for us and gain access to the data because they help us run our e-shop. These are:

We do not have an appointed Data Protection Officer on our platform.

Our platform does not carry out decision-making based on automated processing or profiling.

V. Your rights regarding the processing of personal data

The GDPR gives you, among other things, the right to contact us and ask what personal data of yours we process, to request access to that data and have it updated or corrected, or to request restriction of processing; you may request a copy of the personal data being processed, request that we erase personal data in certain situations, and in certain cases you have the right to data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interest.

If you believe that we are not handling your data correctly, you have the right to file a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection, or to bring your claims before a court.
